Medications cannot be prescribed or shipped unless the medical intake form is fully completed and approved. Since the intake was not completed, no prescription or shipment could legally proceed. We did not receive a valid cancellation request through our official support channels prior to billing. Messages sent to unverified email addresses cannot be treated as formal cancellations. As a goodwill resolution, one installment has already been refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank. If you wish to proceed and receive treatment, the next required step is to complete the medical intake form so our medical team can determine eligibility. We strongly dispute claims of fraud or unsafe practices.
