The bike shop that I was dealing with put a ding in the paint on the battery. They said they would do a warranty replacement. Then silence. I went to Urtopia. They were understanding and effective. They replaced it in record time. Excellent experience.

as of 7/9/26, still waiting on my paid order from 4/28/26. I've emailed and called. Still on "preorder". When I was purchasing it, they never said anything about a preorder or a long wait.

My Classic Carbon 1 came yesterday and it is definitely a sweet looking piece of technology. Though it didn't come in the color I wanted which was the black but this matte powder blue which I think is a new color from what I was told is actually very dope looking against all the black pieces on this bike. I'm very very green and untrained when it comes to biking and the bike world period as I'm into motorcycle/ trike riding and custom tricked out muscle cars n stuff so this was a great change up and first time purchase. Their customer service is also pretty good too I will say, despite them not catching my color change request which now I ain't mad about at all. Hell they're even sending me an adjustable seat post for my troubles so that was dope on their part. Badass bike though I gotta say. Easy ass assembly too if you watch the tutorial video on youtube. Still learning this bike stuff but this Tesla of bikes is probably the best thing to learn on though. Good job Urtopia!

I bought my bike through a local e-Bike store. Had some questions on accessories. I did a chat from their site which was very easy to do and agent very responsive. I was so please that the free offers online they extended to me. Reece gave me updates throughout the process. Their service along with the Carbon Fold ST is wonderful!

Reece, in customer service was so responsive and easy to work with. He handled all my concerns professionally and promptly. My Carbon ST fold came today, was a breeze to assemble and I was out the door on my first ride within an hour. From shipping to delivery was a quick 3 days. It was packed well and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

After difficulty in finding a new battery charger for my Utopia bike, I sent an email to the support team. Reece got back to within a day and offered to give me a new one, as a special gesture from Utopia. This was clearly above and beyond! I appreciate this exceptional customer service.

I purchased an Urtopia E-Bike, a Carbon 1 Pro, on May 25. On the 26 they contacted me to get my physical address for delivery which I immediately provided. Then nothing. I have contacted the support line four different times over the last month and the only response I receive is that they are sorry and that they will check on it and let me know. No one has ever gotten back to me with the status of my order after six weeks. They did process my credit card on the day of the order. They do not provide a phone number to help with resolving problems and they ignore emails to their support line. I am very disappointed and am left with cancellation and a refund as my remaining option.
