I purchased a Carbon Classic ST and could not be happier. I have not biked in many years but rode over 10 miles the first day. Biking is fun again. They also honored a special offer even though I purchased my bike a few days before is was valid. Great customer service.

Urtopia has far exceeded our expectations, and we are so happy we bought our Ebikes from them. The Carbon Fold 2 bikes are perfect. Light in weight, so easy to transport, and they ride like a dream. Their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to phone and email, and are clearly focused on providing customer assistance after purchase. Just one month in, and several rides undertaken, we would recommend them 100%.

I'll comment on three aspects of my experience with Urtopia, all of which have been positive. 1. The ordering/delivery process was straightforward and I received my Carbon Classic bike in five days. 2. The online support was good. I received clear and polite answers to my questions in a relatively short period of time. 3. My experience with the actual bike and accessories thus far has been excellent. Assembly was simple and quick and the bike rides very well. Overall, I'm very impressed with the product and company and would recommend them without reservation. Oh, and the price was good. I will update this review if anything changes over time.

First...let me say...the Fold 1 hums. Like not an ebike buzz...but a really satisfying quiet variable low hum. The ride, instant engagement as you pedal...like soft paddling a canoe down river...just easy and relaxed. The 'Smart' function one can set and forget as you tour around town. I have grown to Love this bike over the past couple of months...not like...Looove. People tell me "that bike is sic!" and indeed it is. I got the rack and it gets a pack off my back. I think this is my forever bike. and yes, i've had electric bikes before, but these small wheels just cruz around potholes at speed. 19.5 is max...but it is so zippy I don't want it faster. Oh, the customer service is to die for. On shipment, a component was damaged (not Urtopia's fault), and they shipped a replacement part and tossed in a free bottle cage and pump for the trouble. But I digress...this carbon is the way to go, no squeaks, no rattles...and it is a folding bike. Damn solid. 9 shifter easy and smooth. Thank you Urtopia...unfortunately I won't be upgrading this bike to buy a new one...but if I lost it, I'd order a duplicate one the same day.

The bikes were quite easy to assemble and we really love them. But more important was their customer support. Their responsiveness, follow up and follow through was extra extraordinary.
