I purchased two Urtopia Carbon Classic ST Bikes for both my wife and me. Assembly was straight forward and I had each bike assembled withing a couple of hours. I recently had my knee replaced and will be able to ride in a few more weeks. I'm really looking forward to getting on the road on my new E-Bike.

We recently ordered 2 Carbon Classic ST Ebikes which are amazing high quality products. We did have some minor issues but customer support was wonderful - extremely responsive and effective - and worked to solve these quickly and successfully. I have been thoroughly impressed!

Ordered the wrong rear rack for my fold 2, and customer support was quick to respond sending me the right rear rack within one week. Such a great experience and I’m thankful for their help.

I ordered the carbon fold step through ebike. It did take a few weeks to arrive. When i emailed and asked for an update i got a quick response. I love the bike, and since its not as heavy as most, it feels like i can handle it better. It was supposed to come with a free rack and water holder, so i emailed about it, and customer service looked into it and responded back with tracking.

The bike is very well made. Packaging was excellent and set-up instructions and videos were very good. After sales service is responsive and quick.

I recently bought an ‘Urtopia Carbon 1 Step Thru’ bike, and it was delivered quite quickly. In all the photos, it is depicted with a rear rack and an integrated taillight, and nowhere is it mentioned that these are not included. Unfortunately, those two items were not present upon delivery. Urtopia is impossible to reach, and they do not ask for feedback on their delivery anywhere. Disappointing. The taillight they supplied, because it is legally required, was a battery-powered one that you have to attach to the seat post with a rubber band. You can buy something like that for €3 at Aldi. I hope Urtopia does something about this. As for the bike, I haven't been able to test it thoroughly yet. It is a pity, however, that the app used to operate the bike becomes paid after one year.

So I’ve been researching e-bikes and had it narrowed down to two. Urtopia was one of the two with by far a longer list of positives. It was purely a “looks” position that there was a contender despite my liking the Carbon 1 design. Anyways, I pulled the trigger and ordered the Urtopia Carbon 1. As I had different emails from doing research, I noticed I forgot to use a $50 coupon when I ordered. I realized this a day later I believe and emailed them asking if there was a way to apply it after having already placed the order and paid. Needless to say, I received an email response and a $50 credit. I know I made the right choice now! That’s customer service you can count on and that’s something that is important and really should be considered when buying an e-bike. I haven’t received the bike yet, but the service I have received already has sold me on the company.
