Newzip connected me with a superb real estate agent who provided assistance and guidance for the sale of my home in Maryland. The agent offered four optional strategies for preparing the house for the sales market and recommendations as to whether it was smart to invest in upgrades, given the nature of the changing market. I highly recommend Newzip.

I have great buying experience because Newzip match us up with great realtor who is very knowledgeable and reliable. Through out the home buying process they are keeping in touch with us to answer any questions we may have regarding home buying. I glad my lender match us with newzip.

The realtor connection has been excellent. I do not believe that I could have been anywhere near as successful without the coordinated support that newzip provided. Thank you.

Newzip was a huge help. After my father passed, the task of managing his estate and selling his home across the country in Arizona fell to me. Having never lived there I was in need of a trusted real estate agent to help me list the property, especially after being bombarded with a lot of sketchy calls and mailers from 'estate management services'. Newzip connected me with an agent (Ashley Vollmer) who was amazing. She guided me through every step of the process and was a huge asset in the most stressful time of my life. We were able to sell the house for enough to cover all of my father's debts and ensure that the remaining profits passed to my sister and I. I couldn't have done it without Ashley, and I would have never been able to find a trustworthy agent like Ashley without Newzip's help. Not only did I get reduced agent commission from being connected through Newzip, but they also called throughout the process to see how things were going and make sure I was satisfied with the job Ashley was doing. Can't recommend Newzip highly enough

New zip is awesome. We used them in purchasing our home in September 2025. Donna from Century 21 was our realtor. We saved upwards of two thousand dollars using new zip. Hands down recommend to anyone going into purchasing a home. What a wonderful experience!

Quick to connect me with an agent in the area I was looking at due to a quick move. I ended up buying in a different area but the agent they put me in touch with helped me and went above and beyond.
