NEXION Town is extremely helpful to research answers for destinations for clients - locations, hotels, restaurants, etc. if you search and don’t find what you are looking for ask the question and you usually get a thoughtful response!

I don't find Nexion Town super user-friendly. There should be an interface to allow us to click on a link to view and comment instantly from ALL devices including our phone. As a result, I understand that many had chosen to ignore as we just don't have the time to log in, find the post and engage! As well, there are way too many groups which at times are super confusing. All posts should include a hashtag to allow for easy search!

I love NexionTown! It's a great community full of information and suggestions! Whenever in doubt and I don't have the answer for a client, I ask it on NexionTown and SOMEONE has the answer! I also enjoy this platform as it's not used for negative comments or personal opinions. It's always upbeat and full of knowledge!

NexionTown is invaluable to me for several reasons. Working from home, NexionTown allows me to have a sense of community. We are not alone. It's nice to 'know' people when attending conferences and events and then meet them in person. Even agents with decades of experience need fresh ideas or better expertise on a destination they don't specialize in. NexionTown allows all of us to be share ideas and experiences. It works both ways, helping other agents is rewarding, and receiving input helps all of us better serve our clients, making us all more successful. Don't know something? Can't find something? Wonder why something may or may not be a good idea? Just need to commiserate about something? NexionTown is the go to. It's one of the best reason's to be a Nexion Travel Advisor.

NexionTown has help me connect with other Nexion agents. Whenever I have a question or help with a booking they are there for me with whatever I need. If we didn't have this resource I don't think I would be able to be agent I am now

I do like using NexionTown as a way of keeping in touch with the members of Nexion and engaging in conversation. However, I do find that the search engine in NexionTown could be more user friendly in looking for past conversation on topics I would like to revisit.

At your service! Nexion Town is an excellent tool for info & help. The benefit of having an entire think-tank of fellow colleagues to help when you're not sure how to pursue a destination or a particular request is invaluable. The keyword search feature is excellent to narrow down your query. Nexion Town is one of my main go-tos and the best way to get confident help when we need it most. Love the Nexion family!
