I won the texture powder from a giveaway, I tried it and it was AMAZING. I also gave it to my friend who has flat asian hair and he LOVED it. I definitely recommend this.

Had a little problem where the schampoo n conditioner weren’t discounted in checkout but Steve sorted the issue out in a couple hours and sent back the money which were supposed to be discounted for when i first bought the products. So very helpful and was quick with the replies

Hey Matay, glad I was able to get the glitch fixed on the Sweden version of the website. Appreciate you letting me know so we could sort it out quickly. Thanks again for the kind words. Best, Steven

Great products. Specifically use the hair balm and beard oil. They leave a natural look to my beard and hair and don’t feel cheap or don’t sit heavy.

Hey Rob! Really glad to hear the balm and beard oil are working well for you. That natural, lightweight feel is exactly what we aim for, so it’s great to know they’re hitting the mark. Appreciate you sharing your experience. Wait until you see what we're cooking up with the balm next once its back in stock. You're going to be blown away.

Fast delivery, but when i used it for the first time today, my hair felt squeaky clean after using the shampoo, and my fingers why like grippy in a dry way.

Hey Angelo, Thanks for sharing your experience. I want to understand exactly what you felt during your first wash, because the “squeaky clean” and “grippy” feeling can happen when a shampoo removes buildup very thoroughly, especially when switching to a natural formula for the first time. Nothing is wrong or harmful, but it’s very important to always follow up with the conditioner right after. The conditioner brings back softness, balance, and slip, which removes that grippy texture and leaves the hair hydrated. If you can let me know exactly what part felt off or what result you were expecting, I can guide you on how to get the best outcome for your hair. I’m here to help make sure you get the results you’re looking for. Best, Steven

Hey Ismail!! Love hearing that the conditioner made such a big difference for you. Rehydrating the hair is exactly what AminoSensyl HC was designed to do, so it’s awesome to know you’re seeing that impact after switching from your old conditioner. Really glad it’s been a game changer for you. Appreciate you sharing this.

smell is a little not my thing not as peppermint as based is based body works peppermint smell better and the shipping on noun was a little weird but my order did get here and it was in shape and everything, but other than that it’s a good shampoo

Thanks for sharing your honest thoughts. Our peppermint and eucalyptus blend definitely has a different scent profile compared to Based because we use real organic essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance. Natural oils have a softer, more earthy aroma instead of that sharp, artificial minty punch most brands use. As for the shipping, I appreciate you mentioning that. We’ve been improving our logistics a lot, and I’m glad everything still arrived in good shape. Happy to hear you’re enjoying the shampoo overall.
