Ilyas
The product is high quality and does really work for better quality hair. I love the smell and I us it after I shower and before I use my hair product and work out very well.

That’s great to hear Ilyas! Sounds like you’ve got the perfect routine going with it, using it right after the shower and before styling. We’re really glad the quality and scent stand out to you and that it’s helping your hair feel and look its best. Appreciate you taking the time to share that, it means a lot. Best, Steven
Danny
Great products but when I tried, several times, to ask when the sold out soap would be back, I was completely ignored.

Hey Danny, I really appreciate you sharing this and I’m sorry if your previous messages went unanswered. Over the past year we had to take two steps back to take three steps forward. We paused certain products like our soap bars while we rebuilt our supply chain and partnered with contract manufacturers to make sure this kind of inconsistency doesn’t happen again. We’re also in the process of expanding our customer service team to ensure every message gets a proper response moving forward. If there’s anything I can personally do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected] or [email protected]. I’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Best, Steven

The website is easy to navigate and purchase what you need. Never had a problem. Plus I really love the products, so even if there was a bit of an issue with the website I still think it would be worth it.

Hey Isabella! That’s great to hear. We’re glad the website’s been easy to use and that you’ve been loving the products. Really appreciate the kind words and the continued support, it means a lot! Best, Steven
Jake
Shampoo is super watered down. Terrible quality
Reply from Noun NaturalsNov 1, 2025
Hey Jake, I’m really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the shampoo. Because our formula is fully natural and free from synthetic thickeners, it can feel a bit lighter or more fluid compared to conventional shampoos, but the performance and concentration of active ingredients remain the same. That said, if you received a bottle that seemed off or inconsistent, we’re more than happy to issue a refund or send you something similar to the Oud version you mentioned. We want to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your experience. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can get this taken care of for you. Best, Steven
