Cancelled my subscription over a year ago, their support claims I only postponed the subscription and now I am being charged $800. Only email I get a year after cancellation is that my order has been shipped... called their support and they say nothing they can do.

I have been a client of Nu Image since 2023. I have found trusting the process pays off with this company. Using their website is straightforward, for some of the male products bloodwork is required and that is a challenge waiting for the results to come back and meds be successfully prescribed (less than a week in my experiences). But what I have found is they have a genuinely superior product and the prices are reasonable for what they are providing. It’s hard to not appreciate a company that has better product and results compared to others in their field i have tried.

I started the semiglutide and lost weight. But then I started putting the weight back on. I contacted them and it took 6-7 days for a reply and it was just them asking questions. After answering the questions it has been 8 days with no reply. I have now put all the weight I lost back on while STILL doing my weekly injections. I paid for a year up front at $99 a month. Maybe that is why the customer service and replies from the doctor are taking so long.... They ALREADY have my money!!!!
