I’ve been using them for over 2 years with zero issues. Ordering, Shipping, Billing are all handled quickly and professionally. There are cheaper companies, but I trust Nu Image and there have been no hidden charges or surprises. They are very responsive to e-mails. Now…if you want a company to hold your hand, check in on you frequently , tell you what to eat, or inundate you with affirmations and praise, this probably isn’t a good fit for you.

I'm not going to be using this product at this point in time but they have great customer service and got right back to me, which a lot of companies surprisingly cannot manage to do. For example if you're familiar with Inner Balance/Libidia, they will only message you through their portal - in 3 days - they won't email you, they DEFINITELY won't call you, and they won't give you any support at all AND they don't take responsibility for their unprofessionalism. Instead, they're RUDE! NU Image Medical's support was prompt, helpful, and great in every way! I bet their product is as well!
