I can honestly say that it is so easy to order a safe and effective product through nu image. Customer support is great. Shipping is quick, smooth and easy. Can't thank them enough for the support they have offered me with some much needed weight loss.

Didn't work. The first week or two you'll notice a change maybe 5lbs and decreased appetite. However after that week 3 & 4 nothing... disappointed in product. I have used hcg injections from another company years ago and dropped 40lbs. I have bought from Nu image twice and zero results.

Very professional , but personable! A wee bit more money, but well worth it! I didn’t question anything, I knew I was being taken care of, and I thank you!

The pellets did absolutely nothing, I’m seriously disappointed

Thank you for being a Nu Image Medical patient. I’m sorry to hear that the medicine we prescribed has not helped with your condition. The first step is to determine if a stronger strength is required to achieve the proper results. Our Mt Everest XL contains 20mg of Tadalafil, and double the PT-141, so it’s used for more severe cases with on-demand use. Should an increase in dosage not suffice, I encourage you to seek the advice of your primary care physician. There may be an underlying issue that we cannot address via Telemedicine. Sincerely, Nu Image Medical
