While I'm not thrilled by how my issue was originally handled, once this review was posted and I reached out to one of the executive/founders at the company, my issue got fully resolved. So I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. The main issue appears to be in the older sensor, the Libre 1 that was sent out due to a claimed shortages on the Libre 3. The sensor was constantly off by 50 points and had to be manually scanned any time I wanted a reading. Meanwhile the first month I had the service with the Libre 3 which was half the size and only off by 12 points (you can adjust for this in the app) was great. It was accurate, smaller, more comfortable. The service itself is ok, they just need to get back to the Libre 3 sensor that actually works properly.

Horrible customer service, I was told by my brother to go with this company, I have emailed them 8 times and I got only one question answered . When you buy the plan the clock starts ticking right away,even though you don't have the unit, and they ship very slow, I bought a week ago and still no unit.but I'm paying for it!!! I hate the fact you can't talk to anyone EVER and they don't answer the support emails. I dont have the unit and I hate this company so far.

Awful experience. Nutritionist never really provided insight I couldn’t look up myself. Then I had an allergic reaction to the sensor adhesive, and they would not cancel or refund. Worked with dr to deal with allergy, only to find Nutrisense sent the wrong product (freestyle libre instead of Dexcom), and I’m unwilling to experiment with a new adhesive. No refund. No replacement.l even though they sent the wrong product and insisted I stay on commitment due to allergy. I’m out local dr treatment and $400 for a product I can’t use. Terrible customer service. And in the meantime, Dexcom is approved to sell direct to customers over the counter for $100/month. Why would anyone pay Nutrisense three times that just to be treated like this? Avoid.
