Jennifer did a great job quickly responding to the question I sent you via chat. So I give her 5 stars. She was very professional. I do give Nutrisense one star for not having a customer service phone number that clients can call. Makes for a horrible client experience.

Being a total novice in the world of CGM's, this app and the support staff are excellent at helping make sense of it all. There are tons of educational tools, and my nutritionist Katie had so much good advice and suggestions. When I first signed up for the 3 month program I was a little concerned about the total price, but after doing this for a month I'm convinced it's well worth it. Thank you Katie and Nutrisense!

Nutrisense was a great way for me to take a different look at my journey toward better health. I am not diabetic, but it runs in my family, so having a sense of my insulin response and what triggers spikes and how my body responds to food and exercise was very educational. I feel like having this knowledge has already helped me make better decisions about my food choices and the order in which I eat. Plus the nutritionist support was great. Having a nutritionist walk through my daily logs and point out areas where I did really well and some areas to focus on doing better really helped me understand everything better. The program isn't inexpensive, but it's definitely worth the money if you're looking to make improvements to your health.

Nutrisense has been outstanding to work with from sign-up. Instructions are easy to understand, the app is ample, the nutritionist is knowledgable and I like that it’s covered by insurance without my having to jump through hoops, and lastly, customer support staff are outstanding.
