The CGM works so well! I have used four. The nutritionist is very helpful in the management of dietary analysis and change. The APP provides so much useful information. Jennifer Rivera of the support team at Nutrisense was absolutely wonderful, helped me with all order/delivery questions, provided timely responses to my concerns, and offered options suitable to my needs. The learning segments benefitted me. I liked how they were broken down into short segments which were easily finished without getting overwhelmed with information. The glucose trends from my food choices has revealed which bad habits I need to drop and which habits and food choices are beneficial. My favorite feature is the meal rating. I entered the time and main parts of the meal, and it gave me a score based upon the blood glucose response. I am using this information to come up with a food plan that works for me and includes good foods I like with strategic placing of treats. I have learned portion size and food combining can be the basis of a diet I can sustain which provides me a long term plan. Input from the nutrtionist helped me understand my results.
