Nutrisense has great support. I've used their messaging option on the app many times. The human responses are always spot on. The AI filler stuff is not so great, but I know a REAL person will get back to me soon!

I used Nutrisense for help with losing the last, persistent ~10 or pounds and get a better sense of how to improve my health and energy. I lost weight, my appetite is way down and I feel like I know how to keep it off (energy is a tough one since I'm a bit overworked at the moment). Andrew was my nutritionist and he worked with me on ideas to help manage my blood sugar, offer ideas on why it was going up, plus other general health tips that really helped. The communication with Andrew was the key to understanding my results and getting tips to improve my health forever. My only complaint was that the service renewed without my knowledge - they sign you up for a recurring subscription without any notification (and I looked, it's really buried). I thought one month would be perfect but ended up with 2 which didn't feel necessary to me and a little slimy but I will say I did end up benefitting from the knowledge gained the second month and at least they gave me discount after I complained. Overall I had good experience and recommend to others.

Dreadful customer service. I bought the month-by-month plan and then cancelled after a week so that I could experiment with the first two sensors at leisure. Despite having received an email confirming my cancellation, I was then charged again the following month and sent more sensors. When I complained, they would not take what they say are medical devices in return and refused a refund. They say I have cancelled my subscription now, but that is what they said last month too. If you look on the Better Business Bureau site, this is a constant complaint about the company -- shysters.

Two weeks in and very impressed with the app and my nutritionist, Andrew Sisisky. He is very informative, supportive and always replies in a timely manner. The whole program is efficiently designed and there is a wealth of knowledge and support. Still learning how to log food but so far… I’m really enjoying this journey.
