It's been a learning experience to see what makes my blood spike and drop. I definitely have a blood sugar issue. I also feel one size does not fit all. Although eating high protien keeps me full, it doesn't help with my blood sugars as well. I actually need those carbs with it to maintain.

The information I am getting from cgm is invaluable. So far my interactions with the nutritionist has been very helpful. Customer service is also fantastic. Very satisfied.
