I’ve been so impressed with the extensive support that the team brings to educate me on not only how to begin to interpret the data but also , as today, Paolo spent an extraordinary amount of time troubleshooting a minor obstacle I was encountering with the app.

Customer Support was very helpful and responsive. It is all communicated through e-mail and no telephone number, so you do have to wait for the next business day sometimes. I had Veronica, Olivia and Justine. All of them were great!

I expected them to send patches with my next sensor order since they were missing from my last sensor shipment. They sent them ahead of time, which was very helpful.

I have been using Nutrisense for 4 months because I have learned exactly what foods spike my blood sugar. The app is user friendly and my dietitian Jordyn worked with me to help me to better understand managing those spikes. Her style was match perfectly to my goals. The other staff members were extremely professional and polite at addressing my questions. Nutrisense has also helped me to be accountable! The courses offered are very helpful as well.
