The NutriSense app was very informative and easy to use. The CGM was easy to apply and performed as expected. The best part of my NutriSense experience was the 1:1 coaching from the registered nutritionist. She was very knowledgeable, frequently interacted, offered useful and helpful recommendations, and provided additional resources (research papers) to expand my knowledge.

I had a great experience with NS. Everything was so easy to follow and understand. I learned a great deal about my blood sugar management and knew what to do in certain situations. The app was easy to follow and understand. I paid extra for the nutritionist on the other two months and I am VERY happy to have done that. She was VERY helpful in working on my numbers throughout the night and day. She gave me very good suggestions and the communication was continuous and clear. I will probably come back to NS on a yearly basis to make sure that my numbers are in check.

I'm not diabetic, but wanted to give this a try to understand how my body was reacting when I ate certain foods and to aid in potential weight loss. The NS experience was very positive and comes with a ton of data to learn from. It was very helpful to have the support of a nutritionist for the first month, I would have been a little lost trying to interpret the data and understand what to do with it, without her help. I had some good learning related to quantity and quality of food and the ratio of protein/carbs/fat and it was interesting to see the data related to my eating habits. I only used the CGM for 1 month, but it's something I might return to from time to time.
