CGM is interesting, nutritionist support is excellent
Nutrisense itself is interesting and it definitely taught me a lot about how my body reacts to food, but the 3 month commitment to the service is overkill and the CGM itself IS uncomfortable to wear, despite what they say. All in all, no regrets. But I was done with the CGM after 45 days and found myself overpaying for sensors I didn’t want to use.
The best part of Nutrisense is the nutritionist that they pair with the service to help you not only interpret the CGM readings, but to help you make adjustments to your diet and lifestyle to impact them. And while you only get a nutritionist included for a month, they have options to extend support and also to pay additional for one-on-one live coaching, and I can’t recommend this enough. Although I chose to discontinue the core CGM service, I am still meeting with my nutritionist Andrew for ongoing support and accountability, and he continues to make a significant impact to overall health and wellness. The lifestyle and dietary changes he has helped me implement have been game changers while going through a body recomposition program under his guidance.

Exceptional Dietitian Coaching Support! Helpful and Supportive Customer Service!
I'm not one to write reviews unless I truly feel a product or company I'm reviewing is worth while and has the potential to help others. My experience with Nutrisense over the last 6 months has done just this. With managing a couple health issues, I wanted to be as proactive as possible with understanding what role glucose could have on my overall health, hopefully providing myself the opportunity to make improvements through more balanced glucose stabilization. I'm pleased to report that this program has done that, and much more.
Getting started with the program setup was quick and easy. It went smoothly with customer support being available to guide me through the process and being more than happy and willing to answer any questions I had. To this day, customer support is still there any time I have a question or need assistance. I'm grateful for their help and timely responses!
The absolute best part of my Nutrisense experience has been working with my Dietitian, Monica! The 1 on 1 continued support from such an experienced and supportive Coach has far exceeded my expectations. She continues to provide me with countless insights and recommendations regarding ways to improve Nutrition while minimizing my glucose spikes and better regulating glucose levels. Who knew pairing certain foods with just a little more protein, changing the order or times of day in which I may eat a particular food based on the real time feedback patterns that were obtained from my CGM, could be so helpful. These recommendations, and many others, have really worked to help my glucose levels become more consistently stabilized. Through our regular communication, she also picked up a gluten sensitivity or allergy I was experiencing. Making a few changes and eliminating gluten from my diet has created a few noticeable positive differences with my health.
I find Monica to be exceptionally intelligent, attentive, compassionate, accessible, and an awesome collaborator. The education and guidance I continue to receive from her each day is proving invaluable for me. I'm truly grateful to have been paired by Nutrisense with such an inspiring, supportive, well-intentioned and well-informed Coach!
