Even though it was a bit disconcerting stepping into a foreign world with its own scientific jargon there were a lot of tools to reference in order to navigate the app and quickly gain a comprehension of the information. My absolute favorite part was the calorie tracking feature. It really put my diet into perspective and helped me to lose that last 15 pounds of belly fat. I loved how I could just scan a barcode or type in a popular brand and the macros and would just populate for me. Even creating an ingredient was very simple.

Combined with the Nutrisense app, the CGM provided valuable insights on how my body is responding to specific foods. I’m working on reversing insulin resistance and pre-diabetes. The info is much better than what you can get from a regular blood glucose monitor, and without the hassle. The complimentary month of consultation with a nutritionist was also helpful in finding solutions to lower glucose spikes.

Being able to see the results of food on my glucose level in real time was a game changer, changed my life. I am now educated about eating better. Input from dietitians was very beneficial as well.

I've been using the Nutrisense CGM system for about 5 weeks so far. And so far I have been very satisfied and this has been a very constructive and helpful experience for me. I think the technology package and the app are first-rate ands extremely helpful, and the nutritionist assigned to me was also very helpful in getting me on track and helping me reach my goals. No product is perfect, however, and there are a few constructive suggestions I'd make. None of these are deal-killers but hopefully the nice people at Nutrisense can take them into account and work towards a more perfect customer experience: 1. **Minor nit pick**. The packages I have received have not included alcohol wipes, even though the documentation mentions included alcohol wipes. 2. Delivery timing. Every month (really every 28 days) you get a two-pack of CGMs that are good for the next 28 days. The challenge is if you are traveling or otherwise moving around there really isn't any room for error. Due to timing constraints I got my second pack of CGMs on the afternoon that my second CGM had expired. 3. For me, at least, the highest blood glucose readings occur during intense exercise. These can safely be much higher than after-meal blood glucose readings. That should be taken into account into the app somehow. All in all a great product and I am going to keep using it.
