Customer service, nutritionist and fb groups were so helpful. The cost was just too much and my insurance will not cover for pre-diabetes. Overall I learned a ton and think this tool is so valuable!

I've been using Nutrisense since September (five full months) and just signed up for another six months. I did not do it for weight loss, I started Nutrisense to help me make sense of blood glucose and my body, which seems to be careening into Type 2 diabetes. I wanted to do the work to reverse it, and to learn how to best eat for my body. I've done a lot of experiments since I started and with the help of my nutritionist, learned how to sequence my meals and properly eat before exercise to avoid the ups and downs that had caused problems before. It's mind boggling to me that our health system doesn't make it easier to engage in this type of preventative care, as it has been invaluable in helping me reverse a disease that would be far more expensive to treat. CGMs aren't a fix, but they provide the info needed to make changes for those who are willing to do the work.

I needed better information quicker than a 90 day A1c test or lots of finger sticks to learn which foods cause spikes. This mechanism is great. The information your articles give is most helpful snd the dietician was fantastic.

I really enjoyed my experience. Number one takeaway - you don't have to experience overwhelming exhaustion after meals. I forgot what it feels like to have consistent energy throughout the day. Thanks to Nutrisense I am on the right track!

Once I turned 40 it was downhill for me. I was doing everything I could to keep my self slim. After 3 years of trying everything! I gained 65 pounds, depression and anxiety. I started Nurtrisense in January, two months in and I am down 13 pounds! Nutrisense gives you real time glucose results so it takes the guessing game out of the picture. I learned real quick, what foods were just plain bad and timing of food also was really important. So, I am super happy I decided to join. I will be extending my service to the one year. I initially started with 3 months, to test a new product in my endless search to trying to loose the weight. I still have a lot more to learn as I continue in my journey, would definitely recommend getting the year for cheaper. I believe it will take me at least a year to instill new habits and continue to learn.

My dietician, Emma, was extremely helpful in giving me suggestions to reduce spikes, keep my glucose levels within range, and giving me tips that I could test on my own. She responded quickly to my messages, and I felt like we really did work as a team.
