I ordered 2 necklaces, they shipped them in the same box so they came all tangled up and the engraving on one of then is slightly discolored or messed up. I would have appreciated a little bit more care as this is a memorial necklace to hold the ashes of my late father. It would have been nice if they would have treated it with more care.

Order placed the evening of Feb 28th with expedited shipping for the memorial on March 7. A label wasn't created for the package until almost 48 hours later, March 1st, at 4pm, too late for it to get on its way. Then it didn't leave the facility until March 4th for some reason. So it's now asking me for a review for an urn that STILL has not been delivered and we had to use a temporary box for his memorial. I'm upset again thinking about it now. Things of course happen and in this case we had some nasty weather but if it had left the seller the day after it was ordered expedited and also didn't sit at the facility for days we would have had plenty of time.

While the item is lovely, the lid does not fit the urn correctly and sits askew. Normally this would not be much of an issue, but the combination of the price of the item and the fact that this is the final resting place for my father leaves me saddened and disappointed.
