Oaktree was founded after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to find modern urns made from high quality and sustainable materials. After asking friends and family if they had a similar experience, the founders realized many others were having this same challenge. With this in mind, Oaktree's team of artisans designed a contemporary collection of urns and jewelry handcrafted from the highest quality of environmentally-friendly materials to celebrate the lives of our loved ones and pets.We are proud of the company we've built and would love to receive any feedback on our products, website, or experience. Thank you for being part of the Oaktree family.

Bleecker Urn - not exactly as described in the product description. When I brought this to the attention of customer service, they admitted they recently changed their packaging and have not updated their site. They also did not include a bag within the urn as stated. I wished they were more upfront with grieving families.

I only gave 3 stars, because I asked for a 24 inch chain for my heart. I requested it in the notes section as it directed me to. I did not get it. Other wise it’s a veey pretty necklace.

It’s a beautiful necklace, I really do love it. I had “dad”engraved onto the necklace and the engraving is done nicely. But the engraving is not centered? It’s off to one side of the heart. I’m a bit confused why they wouldn’t center it but other then that it’s nice

The container and the concept is beautiful, but for what I paid, I Can hardly read the engraving. It’s tiny and it’s stacked, instead of going across the large wooded area. Very disappointing.

The urn is beautiful but it was a little too small. We had to scatter some of the ashes when we planned to keep them all in the urn.
