The customer service has been amazing. Zoey has been prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. Her follow up to make sure everything was ok with my purchase was great. You don't often see that from a company. I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone.

Zoey handled my customer service and was informative, exceptional, found answers to my odd questions. She went above and beyond. It was amazing! Desk is awesome and the customer care was important and punctual. 5 stars all the way!

I found after ordering and putting together the chair my feet did not reach the floor ! I financially was not able to ship back the chair plus pay an extra percentage. I wanted to exchange for another size but that was not possible. I find this policy to be harsh since it was such an expensive choice I would never order from this company again. Plus later I found the chair on AMIZON but too late unfortunately. Elissa Sunshine

Dear Elissa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear that the O1 Ergo PLUS chair didn't provide the perfect fit for you and that the return process felt like a burden. We design our chairs to provide maximum comfort, and it’s disappointing to know your feet couldn’t comfortably reach the floor. Regarding the return shipping costs, we understand how frustrating this can be. To help our customers avoid these unexpected expenses, we offer an optional Shipping Protection (under $10) at checkout, which covers return shipping and fees for situations just like this. It seems this might have been overlooked during your purchase. That said, we value your support as a direct customer. We don't want you to be stuck with a chair that doesn’t fit. Please contact our support team at [Your Support Email] and mention this review—I would like to personally look into a one-time exception or a solution (such as a specialized footrest or a shipping subsidy) to make this right for you. We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us improve our service and height-guidance tools for future customers. Best regards, Zoey OdinLake Customer Care

The chair is well built and heavy duty, it has a plethora of adjustments which makes it standout compared to other high end chairs. It will accommodate various body heights either long legs and short torso or vice-versa. The lumbar support and spine stabilization was increasingly beneficial to someone who suffers from lower back pain. I would highly recommend to anyone who spends more than 8 hours at work seated, so they may have a much more pleasant work experience. It can’t make you breakfast but it definitely will make you feel well enough to be able to get up and make it yourself.

We have two different chairs and both are so comfortable! We had a bit of a glitch with the ordering system but once we were able to talk to a human the customer service was outstanding. Wonderful company to work with
