The order had to be redirected to a new address because I was in the process of moving, and the weather caused a delay in shipment. Zoey was great to work with and helped get the package redirected. The desk showed up, was simple to put together, and I am happy with the product.

The chair is fantastic. I liked it so much I upgraded from the L1 to the O1, and customer service was the best I've experienced in a long time. They walked me through the process, and went above and beyond to make sure my amazon order matched their website prices. Their commitment to their customers is seriously five star.

Even though my order came later than what was originally stated, the company proactively made me aware of the delay as well as the status of my order until I received it.

Easy to assemble

Great chair for all the features it comes with. Easy to put together. Shipping was super quick. I have had a bad back for years now, and the lumbar support from this chair is really nice. The only complaint I have about the chair is that is it annoying to adjust the hight .

Dear Michael , Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We are thrilled to hear that the shipping was fast and, most importantly, that our lumbar support is providing the relief your back needs—that is exactly what we designed the OdinLake L1 (Ergo Upgrade 518 )to do. Regarding your comment about the height adjustment being a bit annoying, we would love to help make this easier for you. Since this model features an integrated wire-control system (rather than the traditional under-seat stalks), the mechanism should actually be quite effortless once you have the technique down. Could you please let us know a bit more about what makes it difficult? For example: Is the side lever hard to reach or stiff to pull? Are you having trouble getting the seat to rise or drop smoothly while seated? We would be happy to send you a quick video demonstration or provide a step-by-step guide to ensure your chair is functioning perfectly. Please feel free to reach out to our support team ,so we can assist you directly. We want you to enjoy every feature of your chair to the fullest! Best regards, The OdinLake Team
