This chair has been great overall. One small design defect (a fragile, flexible plastic piece in the lumbar area gives out), but the support group there was very responsive in sending out a replacement part, even a year or two after purchase. (If you have the same issue, I highly recommend putting a tennis ball in there to restrict how much it can flex so it doesn't break!)

First is the value for money. OdinLake produces luxury-quality chairs at prices that blow even their cheap knockoff competitors out of the water. The mesh tension is perfect and the lumbar support is the best of any chair I've experienced. The molded polymer is extremely durable, and the ergonomic design facilitates easy cleaning and maintanance. Secondly, and even more importantly, OdinLake customer service is out of this world. When my recline lever malfunctioned, Zoey from customer service answered my email within an hour and had my replacement parts in the mail THE NEXT DAY. 😮 If i had doubts about this purchase, they are obliterated now. OdinLake will be making my chairs for many years to come.

easy to assemble and adjust features for me

I ordered one for myself. I was looking for one with adjustable arms, good back support, and one that was appropriate for my height (1.57 m). It arrived today. Oh my goodness! This chair is just what I was looking for. It offers excellent back support, keeping my back upright but relaxed at the same time, the seat is very comfortable, and it even has an extension to rest my legs!!! I am so happy and thankful I found this chair... so happy I will be ordering identical chairs for the rest of the staff.

Great company to work with. I appreciate the great communication. I received the Odin Lake L1 Ergo UPGRADE 518 chair. It is amazing. Very easy to assemble and extremely comfortable, with almost unlimited points of adjustment. Great for office or studio. I edit video and this makes sitting for long hours very comfortable.

Great chair overall. My only two improvements would be a slightly larger seat with greater depth and arm rests that raised up. Otherwise, I'm perfectly comfortable for long periods of sitting. Chair was super easy to put together.

I wish that the headrest would travel to an even lower position. I am 5'8" and would like to have the lower curvature of the headrest line up with my neck. Office chairs in this price range have not lasted as long as I would have expected. Usually material or structural failures have shortened the useable life. Time will tell if this chair will be more durable. At this moment it appears that it should be better than past purchases.
