The chair arrived quickly, and it appears to be well made. It was easy to put together. Overall, I am happy with the investment. The only thing I can say is that I am 6'9" and I wish there was more range of adjustment with the headrest and for the seat to move forward. It is definitely a huge improvement over my last chair.

i like my chair quite a bit. it was a bit stiff at first, but after a day or two (particularly the recline was stiff ) it got really comfortable. Setting it up was relatively quick and painless, but the packaging was good. i can't attest to its quality over yet but so far so good

I’m very happy with this ergonomic chair. It’s super comfortable and provides great lumbar support, which makes working for long hours much easier. The adjustable features are easy to use, and it looks sleek in my office. Highly recommend it!
