We loved the chair we purchased until yesterday. While my son was in the chair a bolt snapped off on one side of the underneath cross bar that was already assembled when received. Not a bolt we assembled, it was how it was shipped to us. We received the chair on Nov. 8th 2024, put the chair together the following week. Now a bolt snapped off. Contacting customer service.

With all of the options for office chairs, I had a hard time figured out where to land but I decided to go with Odin Lake. I have been using the chair for almost 2 weeks now. I work from home so I'm sitting for long periods of time. The lumbar support is great, and the chair is easily adjustable. I am liking it so far! Quality materials, easy to set up, and fast shipping!
