For the past two years, the service from one medical is not satisfying. One medical app is not friendly to use. When you call the office it takes ever to get in touch with someone. After getting connect they either hung up. Very hard to get appointments whatsoever. I go to SanTan Village, there are not many MDs practice there and you never get an appointment. To get a flu shot they don't have any appointments in few coming weeks. We ended going to CVS. One medical loose customers like this very soon for the service they provide.

Med One used to be a great, and the doctors and staff still are, but it's a clusterf*ck now. My prescriptions go days without being filled. It's taken me weeks and several attempts just to get simple vaccines, as I've been told there are nurses at various locations to do the shots, until I get there to learn there are no nurses, even tho' I call ahead to make sure my trip is for nothing, but there is no direct line to the offices. So some idiot keeps me on whole for more than 10 minutes, and then lies to me about what's available. I used to love this place. I hate it now.

This company is OWNED BY AMAZON - so if you want them to have even more access to your data, this is the place for you! They also follow the Amazon model - people are an ASSEMBLY LINE. And they charge several hundred dollars a year for all this. My doctor's office used to be great but since it joined One Medical, it has tanked. It took forever to get an appointment. Each location only has one MD and the rest are physician assistants. My husband and I went for our physicals, and they took 15 minutes. You have to try to discuss things you want to, and they will rush you through. Additionally, there are a whole bunch of things doctors are supposed to do in a physical (ask government mandated questions about things like whether you wear a seatbelt - annoying but legally required, checking your nose and ears, etc.) and not all of them were done. The SAME doctors from the previous company did not do the same things they used to do. They also only did two blood tests, not the full suite. Good luck asking for one, they will tell you they can't read the results and say they would refer you to a specialist. Seems like reading basic results should be an essential skill for an MD. While they are very good on tech and being on time, the actual medical skills provided are lacking.

I was told I was having a heart attack because they did the ekg wrong 8 times. Wrong blood work. Approval for surgery before results were in. The list goes on and on. So disappointing and scary not to mention two days of ER and testing, huge bills one medical agreed to pay and now won’t pay because their attorneys are worried about admitting to the mistakes, stress on my family, and many many more issues. One medical was amazing and now is a mess. No wonder my two favorite doctors left. Everyone I know is now leaving. What a shame. Please be careful.

Zero stars. I’d emailed for info on IUD replacement, and received a response from a guy named Matthew. I replied, thanked him, and asked a couple more Qs. Never heard back. I then forwarded that correspondence to the general email address on the One Medical site, TWO times, and still, crickets. Perplexing, since I heard back from “Matthew” on my original inquiry really quickly. After 2 weeks, I became frustrated and called yesterday. I spoke to a girl, explained that no one was bothering to reply to my emails, and posed my Qs to her (wish I’d asked her name). She was not apologetic or concerned that no one was taking my inquiries seriously. I made it very clear I am interested in *IUDs*, and needed to know if the price Matthew quoted in his only attempt at helping me applied to specifically the Mirena brand device. The girl on the phone put me on hold and researched the locations in Houston, where I am, and said, “no, the Houston offices deal with removals, mainly, and the one office that does install new devices only has Nexplanon.” Whatever. I’d heard that name before, and reiterated that I am only interested in Minera. I googled Nexplanon later, only to find out it’s not even an IUD!! It’s the ARM IMPLANT 😡 The people at One Medical are non-responsive, but worse off, have zero clue about the products and services they offer. Thanks, One Medical, for further cementing my disdain and distrust of the medical community.

They billed my insurance for a visit that never took place. Stay away. Avoid and save your sanity. Worst medical clinic I have ever worked with.

THE 280 COBB PARKWAY SE SUITE 60 LOCATION IN MARIETTA, GEORGIA IS A FARCE OF A LOCATION. IT'S OPERATED BY MEDICAL PERSONNEL "WANNABES". I HAD A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT WITH ONE OF THEIR PEOPLE WHO "PUT THE TELEPHONE ON SPEAKER MODE" SO HER FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES COULD LISTEN IN ON A PRIVATE PHONE CALL. (INFRINGEMENT OF MY MEDICAL PRIVACY). I COULD HER HER FRIENDS "GIGGLING AND SNICKERING" IN THE BACKGROUND. SO AFTER WE COULD NOT REACH AN AGREEMENT ON A VISIT, SHE WENT TO PUT THE RECEIVER BACK ON TO THE BASE (THINKING SHE HAD ENDED THE CALL) HER EXACT WORDS WERE "HE IS SO DAMN RACIST !!!" SORTA LIKE A BIDEN (HOT MIKE) SO I YELLED INTO MY PHONE "HAY YOU HAVE'NT HUNG UP THE PHONE YET, BRAINIAC" THEN YOU COULD HEAR GASPING AND SNICKERING THEN A DIAL TONE. SO I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE NUMBER BACK, WHICH SO'S MY PHONE NUMBER SO THEY LET IT CONTINUE TO RING. THEN RONNY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TRIED TELLING ME THAT IT WAS'NT ME THAT SHE CALLED A RACIST. I TOLD HER WE HAD BEEN SPEAKING FOR OVER 20 MINUTES. NOW I'M AMERICAN INDIAN AND SHE'S BLACK. IF THE TABLES WOULD'VE BEEN DIFFERENT, I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE NATIONAL NEWS. SO BE HIGHLY AWARE BEFORE YOU GO IN. AS FOR ME, I'M NOT GOING AWAY QUIETLY. I WILL BE CONSULTING WITH AN ATTORNEY.
