Customer service is phenomonal. Notified me every step of the way on the creation and delivery of my jewelry. The lab created diamonds are indistinguishable from my natural diamonds.

Great experience throughout. Exceptional customer service and support. Very responsive. Only downside was that it took over 4 weeks to get the order shipped.
