Very good experience with Ouros Jewellery! Super high response rate, transparent communication and constant up to date on the jewellery status and pre production images. Aram was very kind and took all my notes into consideration.

Great diamond earrings at a great price. I found a Reddit thread recommending ouros and ordered diamond earrings for my wife. The company was very communicative and when we received the earrings my wife was thrilled.

It was very easy to communicate with Aman. The steps toward the completion of my pendant were delayed because I wanted slight changes made. A CAD was presented for approval and I received my pendant when expected. It turned out great!

Ouros' team is professional and highly skilled. The render the designs for you and send you detailed CAD drawings- so you know exactly how your product is going to turn out. They also keep you informed at each step and are super helpful when it comes to making changes according to your needs. I've had over seven pieces made by them and have also had friends love it and place orders as their workmanship and finish is unparalleled.

Email queries have always been followed up and communication is clear. Shipping was fast. Only thing is one of the push back stud was hard to take off from the earring, but later on I figure it out it was easier to take it of by twisting it while removing it.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad the communication and shipping went smoothly, and we appreciate you sharing your experience that the push-back became easier to use once you got the hang of it. Once again, thank you for your support.
