I just received the most beautiful diamond necklace for my mother's 85th birthday, the purchase, communication and prompt shipping was more than I could ask for. I highly recommend using this company and jeweler. Lyn from Canada

I’m truly impressed by Ouros Team. They were communicating with me about my order from start to finish, they provided me with a video of the final product and helped with all my concerns. They have fantastic prices and quality. I’ll be recommending this business to friends and family for sure!

I’ve been ordering from Ouros Jewels for over three years and have purchased four pieces in total. Every experience has been excellent. The diamonds were tested by a state gemologist and confirmed to be high quality, and I especially recommend their IGI-certified diamonds. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the customer service has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them and will continue ordering with confidence.

My wife chose a ring that she thought was beautiful. She loved the design, and so i got it for her. The company had incredible communication throughout the entire process. The sent me videos of the gem and of the ring as they were making it. This made me feel really comfortable and confident that i was going to get a quality product. There were unfortunately shipping issues which delayed when we would receive it, but again, they made the situation much more bearable by constantly communicating and made sure we eventually received it. Great work from Ouros and Vijay.

Absolutely brilliant customer interaction. I was kept abreast of the whole processes from the CAD renderings to the stone selection video and then video of the finished item. Excellent tracking too, so you can see where your item is from door to door.
