There was a lot of communication from Ouros from the moment my jewelry was ordered. They provided a rendering and sent it to me for aproval before the jewelry was made as well as updates until it was delivered to me. Customer service was some of the best I have experienced and the jewelry was beautiful and of very high quality. I would definitely look to Ouros when I am looking to make any high quality jewelry purchases in the future.

I bought this one carat pear diamond pendant in 10k yellow gold on a group buy for a terrific price. The diamond is VS and E-F color, and is the perfect size for a pendant. I received the CAD promptly and the pendant a few weeks later. I’m very pleased.

From the start the communication was just amazing! I was kept informed through the entire process. Vinjay could not have better if he tired. The ring is a moval east west in sterling silver and it is exactly what I wanted and more than I expected. I would 100% have him work with me on a design in the future. Can not recommend them more!!!!

I purchased 3 carat diamond stud earrings for my wife's birthday. They had to be "built". Ouros kept me updated the entire time. I approved the CAD designs and the final product prior to shipping. The whole process was seamless and the earnings are just magnificent. Vijay's communication over the 3 week process is what will make me loyal to Ouros for my next purchase. There were no issues or concerns.
