I worked with Hokito on a modified version of one of the ready-to-ship rings Ouros offers. I don’t purchase jewelry often and was new to creating something custom. Every step was clearly communicated to me, I got several photos and videos of the process and the finished piece was exactly what I was looking for. I went with Ouros as they seemed to be the best for custom cuts. I reached out to the team and provided photos of what I wanted - and received it within 8 weeks! The communication was smooth and the package was securely delivered. I will be ordering for them again!

I am very disappointed with Ouros Jewels. I ordered a pair of earrings as a Christmas gift for my daughter in November and they still have not arrived. Now the company is telling me that they won’t get to me by Christmas. They take your money then string you along with unnecessary CAD drawings and form emails as if they are working on your product. But then they tell you it only takes 14 days for production. They’ve had much longer than that to make these earrings and get them to me. Now my daughter will go without her Christmas present because of their dishonesty.
