I wanted to wait until I had a few pieces of jewelry from this brand to make a firm review and now that I do, I can make a positive one. I've ordered two pieces standalone and one as a group order. Even with the group order I was able to make customizations. Unfortunately, I have lost one necklace, my fault, I left it somewhere. The communication is incredible. I had the CAD within 24 hours from this last group by even with my tweaks, they kept me in the loop with all shipping and it arrived fairly quickly. My bracelet was exactly the same way, and I do not take it off as often as I should, only for cleaning and it has held up incredibly. I will be ordering from them again and again.
