We had a small issue with our Owl and support was available quite rapidly, and did everything necessary to resolve the issue. Support and service were impressive.

I had the chance to attend a virtual demo with the Owl Labs teams and the provided an excellent overview of the product as well answered all of my questions. The camera itself is a great addition to our huddle rooms and our end users love using it to engage with their peers across offices.

If you haven't experienced a teleconference using an Owl camera then you owe it to yourself to YouTube them. We bought an Owl Pro for our organizations remote meeting and it makes them fun and interactive. This is so much better than dial-in teleconferences:)

Plug and play technology is fairly simple. Quality of video is good. Audio is really good and defintely lives up to specifications. Much better audio than our previous polycom phone.

We've been using the Owl Pro for over a month, and it has dramatically improved the engagement of our remote team members, far more than we even expected. It greatly enhances the experience of remote teams and people working from home. Everyone who tries it falls in love with the Owl! It's difficult to describe the impact of the experience, even with pictures or video. With the Owl, remote participants feel like they are sitting with the team, taking part in a conversation, rather than observing from a single fixed camera off on the wall somewhere. The automatically-changing camera view to show who is talking works quickly and accurately, almost creating a feel of a live event with multiple cameras, with director choosing which view to show. It feels so much more interactive and alive and interesting. The best thing is that all this happens on the device itself, so there are no drivers to install, no software to maintain, no security approvals from Corporate IT. It shows up as a regular webcam, and all the magic happens outside of the computer it's hooked up to. It can be easily switched between users (with no installation required), or carried to a different conference room. It just takes seconds to have it up and running. The audio is loud and clear, and the microphones pick up voices even from far ends of tables. As a frequent remote participant, I don't think I ever miss out on what's being said in the room with the Owl. It's always easy to understand. The Owl is not just an incremental improvement to team collaboration. It's a huge leap forward, and truly innovative. Although it's not a cheap device, in the bigger picture it's a very small price to pay for improved efficiency, better meetings, more engagement and collaboration, and much greater satisfaction for everyone remote. This is a no-brainer. Every team needs an Owl!

The Meeting Owl Pro has been a very effective addition to our theoretical physics research suite, allowing remote collaborators to actively follow discussions on a room-length chalkboard. The auto focus works well, and facilitates discussion between those sitting around the conference table, working at the board, and remote. We demoed various video conferencing products and the Owl Pro was the clear winner.

We were struggling with technology in our conference room to make sure that we were engaging remote employees in the most meaningful way. This solved both our acoustic issues as well as being able to show the faces of who is in the room vs a birdseye view of the top of everyone's head. The employees at owl labs are willing to talk, answer questions and work with you to figure out how to meet your needs. Can not recommend more!
