The oxygen concentrator was filthy when it arrived. I would have assumed if it was reconditioned it surely would have been cleaned.

I try to be as careful as possible with my purchases, especially expensive ones. I'm basing this review on the basis of my experience obtaining pre and post sale info, which was quick and factual. The item ordered (refurbished) was out of stock and I was notified quickly and given options; including one for a less expensive different model of the item. I was assured it had the features I needed and that was ordered. There was no problem over credit refunds, etc. because they don't charge the card until an item is shipped. The item itself was as described and is fulfilling my needs.

Love this place! I've purchased 3 refurbished Invacare Perfecto2 V Oxygen Concentrators from them. (One for me, one for my wife, and one extra so we don't have to use both of them 24/7, we can switch off to the spare.) They're all great, had one for almost three years now, still reliably pumpin' out wonderful O2. Communicates quickly.
