Pack Up + GoReviews of packupgo.com

Everything about this surprise vacation was fantastic. From the personal attention from Pack Up and GO to the anticipation of the big reveal to the trip experience. From start to finish, it was wonderful!!!

Our trip was so well planned. They paid attention to our survey questions and chose a destination and activities that were great for us. The hotel was in a nice location, the reservations they made were perfect. They were great at communicating with us and they made it fun and exciting!

The element of surprise kept me excited for this trip and actually took the stress away from planning and making sure everything was perfect. When we got to our destination they had the best activities reserved for us and gave us a great list of recommendations of things to see, do and eat!

Amazing recommendations, everything was planned out perfectly. We never felt lost or misguided. Really fun trip and we didn’t have to do any of the work!

On the paperwork it mentioned the Marta, not good at all. We were asked why we were riding it. Not safe.. Why would you send active seniors to downtown where it’s full of homeless and Uber was so pensive to go to the things that we requested o our form. We were scheduled for a MLK tour that we didn’t do. We are very aware of that history. On our form we mentioned flea markets and quilt shops. Way too far from our hotel. I was told by Carrie after we got home that most of meals are not usually figured in our trip. We had no idea of this,we assumed it was all inclusive. 3000.00 for 3 days and all we did on Monday was the plane then Marta and our hotel until dinner. No time for anything else. We were busy on Tuesday after the aquarium, because of our planning. Yes, we did cancel that MLK tour. Wednesday we stayed pretty much in our hotel room, they let us check out at 3:00. Too expensive to go far from the hotel. Over all, it was a very poor way to spend that kind of money. One main thing that was disturbing in Atlanta was the constant warnings from the Uber drivers about the homeless and Uber drivers talking about other drivers taking advantage of us. Why Atlanta??? So many great cities in this country, and we get this selected for us. No worries, we will never do this again. I hope this will help before you send someone else to Atlanta. People should be told for these trips that it’s going to cost far more than the original payment. I’m just being honest, Not a good experience for us!!! Friends were surprised that y’all would send us there. I actually rated a 3 star to be kind.

This is the first time I’ve ever tried Pack Up + Go to plan a vacation. You fill out a questionnaire and they plan the whole trip for you based on your likes and interests and all the parameters you set. You don’t find out your destination till the day of your departure. We opened our envelope the morning of the trip and found out we were going to Hot Springs! I have been there once over 10 years ago, but boyfriend had never been. It was a blast! There was so much more than I remember. A great downtown area with great art and scenery, bars, neat shops, lots of mineral springs bath and spas, and tasty restaurants. Pack up + Go booked a couples massage and spa day, reservations at 2 fine dining restaurants, and booked us to stay at the beautiful Waters Hotel conveniently right on the downtown strip, where everything you need is right within walking distance. We visited the oldest bar in Hot Springs, the Ohio Club, where Babe Ruth used to visit, along with all the old school gangsters like Al Capone. It had so much history! We did some shopping and other fun things in between bookings too. We would definitely use this website again! They made everything so easy and I didn’t even have to think about anything! I’m definitely one for convenience, and they provided that for sure. I highly recommend trying it, even if it’s out of your normal comfort zone! It’s totally worth it. I want to visit Hot springs again soon too with friends! There is so much to do and see, you can’t get it all done in one trip. This is one for the books though for sure 😉 And Pack Up + Go had a great and helpful customer service line as well to help the hotel with payment when they weren’t sure how to charge the room! They answer the phone 24/7 after just one ring. No wait times or automated systems! They really took care of us. We definitely want to make it an annual thing! 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The team checked all the boxes and we still had time to see the town. Wish we had longer. Looking forward to doing it again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our destination in Traverse City, Michigan, and the location of our hotel, which was on the waterfront. One of our favorite things is to be near the water and Lake Michigan is a beautiful way to experience that.
