We loved everything! Thought we didn’t need that bougie of a hotel but it was nice to have the extra space because we took our 3 year old. The reservations were nice and the extra recommendations were top notch. We didn’t have to do any extra google searching for things to do in the area.

Pack Up and Go was awesome. We got Chicago and had a blast. The hotel was amazing and we also enjoyed the activities/reservations that were made for us. I'd definitely recommend Pack Up and Go for anyone that loves being spontaneous.

We were on our trip for a 5 year wedding anniversary, hotel failed us but was not Pack Up & Go's fault. As soon as I made them aware they spoke to hotel management and ensured it was made right. I had the agents readily available at all times to assist as needed. Aside from hotel issues - everything was great! They definitely listened to what we wanted.

It was such a great weekend celebrating my best friend’s 50th birthday! They took all of our feedback and likes/dislikes to heart and planned a great trip for us!

This was a place we had been to in the past. What made this trip do good were the different experiences that Pack Up + Go planned for us. These experiences were different from what we did on our first trip to Portland and also very different from what we would plan for ourselves. I loved it!

We love using pack up and go for fun getaways. This year we went to Philadelphia and had a blast. The hotel was wonderful as well as our dinners and activities. The team does a great job planning things that we enjoy while also exposing us to parts of the city we might not have experienced on our own. We can’t wait for our next trip!

I've bought multiple trips and guides from Pack Up & Go and yet they refused to refund me when I accidentally purchased a guide I've already bought in the past. Seems like they'd rather keep their $25 than keep me as a customer.

Trip Review: Pack Up and Go to Chicago The Pack Up and Go trip to Chicago was a fantastic experience, thanks to the excellent coordination from the teaching staff. The 24-hour customer service availability was a great asset, ensuring that any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The hotel was modern and conveniently located in downtown Chicago, making it easy to explore the city. However, the room was on the smaller side, which made it a bit challenging to move around with two people and luggage. A complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary would have been a thoughtful touch and added a special element to the trip. The provided list of activities, food locations, and sites to visit was comprehensive and helpful. The donut tour was a delicious highlight, and we enjoyed exploring the city's diverse culinary scene. We would have appreciated one additional preplanned activity, such as a picnic at the park from The Gage restaurant. This would have provided a more leisurely and relaxing experience and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Chicago scenery. Overall, the Pack Up and Go trip to Chicago was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The excellent coordination, helpful staff, and diverse range of activities made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely consider booking another Pack Up and Go trip in the future.
