We’ve been using Paycom at PCCS for a while now, and it’s really simplified how we handle HR and payroll. Having everything in one place—onboarding, time tracking, payroll—has saved us a ton of time and reduced confusion across departments. Our team especially appreciates the self-service options. It’s easy for staff to check their pay, update info, or request time off without having to go through HR every time. The customer support team is responsive and genuinely helpful. We’d love to see more flexibility with reporting and integrations, but overall, Paycom has been a dependable system that keeps us organized and supports our people-first approach.

As the HR Director for our company, transitioning to Paycom was an easy decision. I appreciate how flexible the platform is — we can tailor the experience to fit our specific needs rather than being locked into every module. The implementation process was smooth, and the customer service has been outstanding.

I’ve used several HRIS and payroll solutions over the years — including ADP, UKG, and Paychex — and while each system has its strengths, Paycom consistently stands out for its exceptional service and ongoing innovation. Paycom continually updates its platform and genuinely listens to client feedback, which makes a real difference in day-to-day usability. Having payroll, HR, recruitment, employee self-service, and timekeeping all in one place streamlines processes and reduces errors. I’ve now implemented and used Paycom at two different organizations, and in both cases, it has proven to be a reliable, user-friendly, and comprehensive solution. It’s an excellent choice for organizations looking to simplify HR operations while maintaining strong customer support and continual improvement.
