This app makes sending my photos as easy as possible. It’s fast and keeps you posted with a exact up to date tracking system. I also love how it keeps track of my previous orders.

This app is one of.the best to send pictures to your love ones. It has a good addition of being able to send a note with them also. They arrive quickly and usually before the date stated even. Their customer service is responsive and quick to find a solution! I highly recommend this app!

Prices keep going up. Shipping times also have increased since the new “upgraded app” was released. Prices increased 2.00/10 photos over the last few weeks alone with slow shipping/printing speeds. More cost for slower service seems like a poor business model. When I first used this app for photos it was reasonably priced and I was very happy with shipping speeds. Those days are gone. Their system also frequently glitches and doesn’t notify you that your order is shipped, received etc. Seems like every aspect was better before the update.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review, Raylene. We’re sorry that your experience with the Pelipost app has been less than satisfactory. After receiving feedback from our customers, we did remove the matte option and now offer glossy prints only. We thank you for bringing your challenges to our attention, and we will be working hard to make your future experiences with Pelipost positive. ^CM
