So far this has worked great, the last set of pictures I sent have not arrived to the inmate yet, hoping this issue is resolved soon. I have emailed customer support waiting for an answer. UPDATE: After contacting Pelipost, they are reprinting the photos and resending them out. Thanks Pelipost!!

I love this resource, I emailed support and got great feed back and assistance in trying to mail photos that were denied. The agent assisted by enclosing disclaimers for facility and edited and cropped photos to guidelines and resent them out as well as sending me confirmation and verification of adjustments.
