We LOVE our new Pergolux Sundream S3. The material quality is exceptional, the installation was a breeze , and when I encountered a problem with my LEDs, the support I received to prompt resolution was exceptional

I love my 3 pergola and the shades I put on 2 sides. They are sturdy and metal so no need to paint or treat them for years. I would recommend them to everyone!

The customer service is outstanding! After calling and researching with a few other pergola companies, I ended up calling Pergolux last. I had the opportunity of working with Irene. She was very patient, knowledgeable and took me through step-by-step and answered every question I had. And then, around that time the Black Friday offers started. The specs for the Pergolux was bigger , thicker and stronger. Even with the discounts it was still at a higher price point than others . But, the 10 year warranty help give me some comfort. It became clear , if I wanted a pergola of this type and style this was the way I was going to go. I look forward to receiving it . And thanks again lrene
