The Pergolux 10'X13' with glass walls and heater is perfect for outdoor dinning. We live in So. Cal and we're outdoor people, so this unit allows us to be outside all year long. We love it and highly recommend it! Dr. L. A. Marzulli

I recently had the Pergolux Skydance 2 installed, and I couldn't be more thrilled with its incredible design and quality. This pergola stands out with its solid construction, making it a top contender in its class. The team at Elite Tech did a fantastic job with the installation. Their customer service was exemplary—truly centric to ensuring my satisfaction. When there was an issue with a part, they promptly coordinated with Pergolux and resolved the problem within 5 days. Their professionalism was evident throughout the process. I highly recommend the Pergolux Skydance 2 for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space, and I strongly suggest having Elite Tech handle the installation. You won't be disappointed! Very high quality product. Excellent communication from customer service. I am so in love with pergola and how it expands use of our property. Really appreciated the installers they recommended. This product is sturdy and beautiful and HALF price of competitors for same quality. I have waited 15 years to have adjustable waterproof pergola and so grateful I have this!

I am so in love! Ordering the pergola was easy, delivery was prompt, and the product itself was packaged very well. The instructions were very straight forward and the video tutorials were extra helpful if I ever needed them. The Pergolux pergola is beautiful and will be a timeless addition to our backyard for years to come!

The quality of our pergola is great and we’re pleased with the final product. However, the installation was complicated and our seasoned assembly team (decades in construction) encountered a number of roadblocks. The directions are poor and illustrations are a challenge to understand as they are completely visual and hard to distinguish parts/pieces. None of the pieces are numbered/lettered which would have been a simple mitigation tactic. Assembly was honestly a huge headache. Additionally, the measurements are unnecessarily complicated. They tend to round numbers in their conversions from the metric system and when planning for pavers/footings, etc precision is important. We also found the website annoying to navigate for the proper manuals. Customer service was pretty good though and very receptive to the feedback and made nice efforts to assist. I’d recommend the product but only with white glove delivery/assembly - unless you’re up for a challenge!
