PERGOLUX USAReviews of pergoluxshop.com

I assemble roughly 55 pergolas a year. I recently assembled a Pergolux pergola, and I couldn't be more impressed w the quality of the materials, durability and a beautiful finish. WOW !! The design is both elegant and functional. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the easy instructions and sturdy construction. I've received a number of questions from friends and family on gazebo vs pergola. I am now recommending Pergolux as my 1st choice. As an installer /assembler.... If you're looking for a stylish and high-quality pergola, I highly recommend Pergolux. - CRAIG

We absolutely love our pergola!! It completely elevated the look of our backyard and the quality of the Pergolux over others we looked at is unmatched. We have the Skydance model and added the glass walls to it, now we can use this space all year round!

I highly recommend Pergolux for two reasons: the exemplary customer service and a high-quality product. While assembling the pergola it was clear every piece was well crafted and machined. It all came together seamlessly. Friends who helped me put it up remarked on how well made it was and how great it looked. Quality materials and fantastic aesthetic. I ran into a couple of logistical issues but the team couldn't have been more responsive and eager to quickly resolve everything. They went above and beyond.

100% Recommend PERGOLUX! Purchased a 13'x16' Sundream S2 in Anthracite Gray .. complete with integrated remote-controlled lights and heater .. plus manual screens. Looks awesome! High quality materials and phenomenal customer service! Efficient, professional installation completed by Elite Tech Installs. 10/10!

The customer service is unheard of, in todays world it means a lot. They go out of there way and make sure you are taken care of and respond quickly with any problem or question you may have! Thank you!

Caleb was so helpful in figuring out what would work for our setup needs. Very informative!

The team at Pergolux was awesome to work with. They answered all my questions and were quick to offer help or assistance with any of the issues I had. The only area that was a little problems was deliver, but that wasn't Pergolux's problem, it was the shipper. They didn't deliver all the the boxes and I had to call several times to get them to look for the missing boxes and deliver them. We are really enjoying our pergola!

My purchase was easy, getting answers and updates on delivery was sub par. Work men assembling product said it was difficult with not good instructions. Final product looks nice- have not used much yet to give full evaluation on roof and lights.
