Like with most video streaming services and products, audio/video quality is often affected by router performance and/or your Internet connection. This can be improved if you place Petcube closer to your home Wi-Fi router or by arranging it, so there isn't any obstacles between it and your router (i.e. walls, floors, etc.). Hi Carl, We are grateful for your support and we highly appreciate your feedback. Petcube Care membership is optional and provides video history recording to 3 or 90 days, access to longer 30-second video clips, an extended 2-year warranty (Premium Plan only). Without a subscription, all Petcube camera owners will get sound and motion-triggered notifications but no video history.
