My order was poorly packed and a plastic container of cat treats was crushed. There were cat treats all over the inside of the carton. I understand things happen but an email to Petflow explaining the situation did not yield a response. I won’t order from Petflow again.

I started buying FROMM Classic years ago when my dog ended up with allergies and a sensitive stomach. Now he is a senior so we buy FROMM Classic, Mature Adults. No more skin issues, no more vomits. I love buying from Pet Flow because the customer service is great and FROMM has "designated distributers" and PetFlow is one of them. I will always buy FROMM and I will always buy from PetFlow.

Watch out for this company, they put you on automatic re-ordering, I did not want everything and I would like the company to take it back. I had told the sales person I did not want my order to ship, and they shipped it the next day anyways.

My 1st order took forever to get to me I order from chewy 2 days after petflow and chewy got to me faster. When I finally got my full order one of the bags was ripped with tape over it and I been trying to place another order but they keep canceling it so I wouldn't recommend them go to chewy or petco!
