I was very happy that Petflow was able to fulfill my order in a timely manner, and especially since it is sometimes tough to find certain flavors of cat food these days with all of the shortages of goods in the world

This is the second time that I have ordered from Petflow and my shipment is a week later than originally scheduled. This will be the last time I order from them.

After searching endlessly online for my little dog’s favorite dog food and finding it out of stock everywhere I came upon Pet Flow who had it! Some of Pet Flow‘s reviews weren’t the best so I was skeptical but I must say my experience was excellent. The dog food needed a script from my vet and that took some time for whatever reason but once they got it the response was immediate and I am getting the shipment on Monday! When you call customer service you get an actual person immediately. No waiting, no numbers to press. Kayli just couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful or friendly. And all of their written communications were timely and helpful. Very happy with Pet Flow and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Product still not here. About 10 days now. Pony Express delivery. Bag is 20 lbs. Going away in two days. Company express mailed pkg in the past. I blame the carrier.
