Everyone that I have had contact with and worked with at Phoenix Energy have been absolutely wonderful and professional! I feel very confident that they are truly committed to being responsible to their investors. They exhibit a very high level of ethics throughout their entire operation. The excellent fixed rate of return on the bonds is also a real comfort now that I am mostly retired and I am no longer interested in dealing with the crazy swings in the equites market.

Matt was very prompt in answering questions. I think Phoenix is a great company. They were very prompt with interest payments. I decided to withdraw my investments prematurely because of concerns that the company is heavily indebted and may have hard time weathering adverse conditions. I knew about 5% penalty but there are other restrictions, I was not aware of. The principal -penalty is not available for 120 days after you submit request. The company has right to limit the redemptions if they are overwhelmed with redemption requests.
