Phoenix Capital Group is clear, thorough with their information and transparent. I've been cautious with my initial investment. They have earned my trust and confidence so will be planning on increasing my investment in the future.

I was looking for different investments. Came across Phoenix. I signed up to watch a webinar. I was contacted by someone, about having any questions.I did not make a investment right, while doing do diligence on Phoenix. I was contacted several times, about upcoming events. I was never hounded or bombarded with emails, texts, or phone calls. I was able to invest when I felt comfortable. The webinars are very informative and actually very personable. It didn't feel like a pitch or rehearsed. Once I invested Matt Willer was there to answer all my questions. We talked by phone and emails. He was very quick to answer any questions. Within minutes. I sent the webinars to family and friends. Matt was just as helpful and patient with them, even with a lot less invested then we did.Matt seems very sincere and loves his job. He definitely puts in the hours. Even took a email from me on a Sunday while at his kids soccer game. Trust me I've have bothered Matt a Lot. But yet he's the same person from the first time I had a question. The payments have been on time and what they said they would be. Now they even have several other investment opportunities, besides the 3 year 9% bonds. So far so good!!!

Personal customer service is tops. I thought it was a thing of the past, but I get help and information quickly, and many times it is directly from Matt Willer! I get open communication, get all my questions clarified, and receive a great return on my investment. I was pleased with my communications and with my earnings and they made it quick and simple when I wanted to invest a bit more.

I have been an investor with PCG for 2 months, and have received 2 monthly interest payments at 0.75% monthly rate. I decided to by more bonds because the stock market delivers more and more frustration contrary to the 9% yearly interest coming from PCG. Whenever I needed help my #1 person to turn to has been Matt Willer. He deserves a 6 star rating. I wish PCG could clone him for every department they have. His knowledge and attitude guarantee long term success for the company.

We are now several months into receiving our interest payments, which have been received as scheduled. We realize all investments carry risk, and private debt offerings are no exception. However, we are confident in Phoenix Capital and look forward to committing additional funds in the future.
